Be Thankful – for your children, family, significant others and friends.
Be Careful – if you’re indulging in alcohol, don’t drive or ride with someone whose has been drinking…don’t let them drive!
Be Considerate – with your words. Hold back with the unappreciated comments.
Be Helpful – Cook something, bring something, offer something (your compliments)
Make a Few Phone Calls – who haven’t you talk to in a while? Call them.
Don’t over eat – yeah right! that’s a tough one when the food is so incredible! (especially the desserts!)
Bury your Negative Sarcastic Attitude – it has no place ever…and especially during the Holidays!
Take Time to Reflect – What have you been able to overcome this past year?
Write down 10 Goals/Dreams – 5 – that’ll make you stretch and grow 5 – that you need to get accomplish.
Take some time out for YOU! – Chill, Relax, Reflect. Travel, take a trip, drive to see someone you enjoy being with. Listen to your favorite music, read a good book or magazine. Watch a few DVDs, do something YOU love to do!
